if the SP says has HTN , is it enough if we just ask for the drug the SP is on..
or shud v ask how long, how many times a day, are u regular with the treatment..

in patient notes, shud v mention in detail abt the no of times the pt is taking the drug and his compliance

ask EVERYTHING regarding the treatment. also , incase of diabetes and HTN ask him if he is following the changes the doc asked him to make in his diet and whether he exercises or not. when u are writing the treatment ,

just write medicine q x times for past x years, complaint/not very complaint.
