Hello Y'all...hope to help and gain here. I'd like to get to the bottom of this CCS mystery, so to say. I'm not getting an answer from the seller, so I'm asking here. How long does it take for the CD to arrive (seller writes about some delays). It's understood that it's a powerpoint of CCS steps to take per case, but from those who have used it, please share your experience, ie, pros & cons. A search here doesn't pull out much collective info on this. Maybe this can be a start. If there's anyone who's already used it and is selling the 2008 CD or if there's a non-ebay link, I'd be grateful if you could send it to me at docmud@live.com.
