It was a very nice and friendly program. 3 interviewees were invited to dinner the night before the interview with residents. On the day of the interview the Program Director picks you up from the hotel and takes you to breakfast and then chats with you a while about the program.Then takes you on a tour of the different sites. You may be interviewed by 6 people after the tour including the PD. After that you are done. Oh yeah and there is lunch somewhere there too.As for the interview process....no medical questions at all..............but they do need to know why you chose their program and what interest you have in Family Med and rural area. They will as what you will bring to their program and your strengths and weaknesses and will ask to elaborate them with examples.
