I mean dangerous to live and work there ....
and something else, between lincoln and lebanon what would you choose?

The bronx is the bronx
Places like that requiere you to learn skills to live and survive.
Working there is not a problem. Living there depends.

When you are in areas like that, you learn soon what to do and what not to do.
What to wear and what not to wear. How to look people and how not to look. What to say and what not.
That is a basic skills extra that you need to learn. I mean learn the local culture and why the people act like that.

Lebanon has trasportation closer to the hospital than lincoln.
Lincoln the closest subways is 2-3 blocks away. No remember very well but in 2 - 3 block can happen a lot of things.

Hundred of employees are there. They all learn how to survive. You will too. The neigborhood is not going to change. You will!

It was a relaxed interview with 2 attendings, no medical Q's but I was asked to tell an interesting case.

to phantom, I have both of my interviews in january , so I have no opinion , That is why I asked how is it because I haven't heard good things neither about the hospitals neither about the area so I am thinking to cancel both of them because I feel I have good chances at some other hospitals where I 've been , I don't know if it is a very smart decision, but it is expensive and ny was a back-up plan for me,sooo....I don't know
