The value of observership at free clinic - krab

I wonder how observership at free clinic can help me to get good LOR and clinical experience. Since I have only ECFMG certificate and I can not be a health provider there, my job would be just as observer or translator or just volunteer at lab. Is it worth to think about it or it is better to look for the formal observership in teaching hospital or in the community hospital.

Does volunteering at free clinic count as clinical experience?

Maybe someone has some experience and can help me with that matter.

yes it counts....while doing it try to get an observership in a teaching hospital...everything counts here.. plz don't let it go....Good luck!
