Photo in ERAS seen before interview? - nucleusruber

I would like to know if the program directors are able to see the picture in ERAS before they select people for the interview.

oh my god, now i know why i did not receive iv´s because i didnt wear tie...and my pic was not good.... might this be a reason not getting iv´s?

yes they are able to see even b4 interview invite ..i saw once program coordinater showed me that they can see even iv wasnt sent..

no, not seen before interview sent out. the software does not allow it. asked 2 pc's

u know, I saw the PC seeing the profile and photo (iv not sent) before my eyes!! even i was under impression that they cannot,,,but they could ssee ..

Stop these gossips, please... Photo can not be seen until the profile is selected for IV.

my experienced before,
i have invited even i have t-shirt without collar on my picture.

stop the rumors .the system will uncover your pic after u are selected and there is no going back.
