The letter is exactly the same spyk777. I got it about three weeks after interviewing and it was posted about 18 days after my IV, because of holidays. No email though.

I got the letter too- finished my iv about 10 days ago- it comes in by post.
Do they send it only to the people they are really interested in or to all?

i heard they prefer J visas?is it true
