hey u can always apply for PDF that is Post Doc Fellow.....I believe that u must be medical grad.....so go on different university websites and find out PDF post....email to the guys with whom u are interested in working.....u have to work hard to get that.....u have to write hundred of emails....almost every possible person.....just write down to the person who is working in ur area of interest.....good luck......google will be helping u alot in this regard....in John Hopkins they have post for PDF....
