Dear friends i have good experince . for those who fail, in cis and sep.
i would suggest , for sep. you need to speak english loudly and slowly , and keep in mind that never interput the patient, i think you gyes try to practice with each other and also do practice cases with native population , for communication sdo focus examanition , do not go so deep in eaxm ,never give harm to patient who is already in pain . make eye contact , reassace patient, do goog pracice of challeing questions, make good introduction,and closure, and never overtalk excessively , i have send my notes to few of your friends , i am very busy now days , i will mail you gyes , bc i believe we should help each other, pray for my step3.
