What happens to folks who dont get a residency spot inspite of trying for couple of years in the USA.

This is my last year and I have not left any stone unturned. I have done everything I could in my capacity and status and I would probably be insane is I continue doing the same things expecting different results.

I will come back on this forum and help folks out here if I get matched. If not....... good bye and good luck USMLE folks.

I will sit and find out what's missing in my CV compare to other candidates. Why I'm not competitive? I will fix those reasons and will retry again.
