I used Andrew Dutton for both of my H1Bs and my Green Card. I had no problems and he was very helpful. I remember him being less expensive than any of the other lawyers I found and he charged me a flat rate fee.

Do we have to pay the lawyer? or is the hospital? how about the H1b visa application process? whos pays? Thanks !!!

You cannot pay for your professional fee OR your filing fees. Use a family member or trusted friend to pay these fees if your hospital refuses. I would contact attorney Dutton if you have specific questions. He was very helpful with my work visa.
