hey everyone

does 2 LOR enough or do we absolutely need a min of 3 LOR???and what about LOR coming from observership over externship?does it make a difference?

3 required. Make sure these are US lors.

2 LORs are not enough, I think. Usually programs request 3 or 4. But 3 should be enough. As far as your other question is concerned, externship is definitely preferred over observership, but also it depends on the letter. It would be better for the letter to be full of details, and while doing externship letter writer can say a lot more good things than with observership. But, use what you have. And try to get externship if possible.
