if pt is stable present in off or if heavy bleeding in er
complete p/e order bhcg stat cbc chem14 ua urine culture pap smear if have,nt done in 1 year vaginal u/s nsaid for pain ocp for bleeding app in 3 days with results complete pe u/s shows multiple utrine fibroid cbc shows microcytic anemia gyne consult for surgical managment reason, utrine fibroid, heavy bleeding, iron def anemia depand on pt status complete family hystrectomy wants to get prgnant myomectomy order ferrous sulfate mutivitamin .. hope fully 5 min screen routine screening exercise ca vit d smoking alcohol if this pt present in er with heavy bledding then pulseoxy iv access iv fluid cardi repi monitor urine b hcg focus p/e order estrogen iv cbc bmp ua urine culture pt/ptt blood type and cross match pelvic u/s stat advance clock for reslts show enlagre utrus with many large fibroid con gyn trnsfer pt to the wards routine care vitals urine output multivitamin ferrous sulfate 5 min screen couns routine for later date exercise, diet, smoking, alcohol add or correct

to be complete I would I also order the pt/ptt also as she is bleeding!....wat d u think?
