25 yrs female, breast mass 2 cm in upper outer Quadrant on left side.
no family h/o Ca breast,
noticed yesterday while bathing, freely mobile
sexually active since 3 yrs....uses barrier contraceptives
LMP.....3 weeks back

cycle regular of 26 days.

C: eassure with no follow up

NO the girl is only 25 years old. Most likely fibrocystic change. F/U after cycle.

If she was older lady, then sure..FNA and mamogram, but not in her age. Chances of breast cancer or something malignant are very low.

mamogram in pts younger then 30 or 35 not sure which one is not helpful coz breast tissue is dense so you won't be able to read much from that
