hi guys, does anybody have any idea why there is Left axis deviation early on in case of endocardial cushion defect? i mean with the left to right shunt before the eisenmenger physiology sets in, there is actually a right ventricular hypertrophy (also it is so because there is associated pulmonary stenosis most of the times). why would a RVH give a LAD in the EKG findings?
