Do you have any idea what does IRB stand for??Whats its function?? Mate this is for Research purpose so they wanna tell you that your choosing certain options wont affect your status as an applicant in future... Its teh set language for any consent form..have you ever been part of any research project?

The National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) and the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) are considering changes to Match Week and the Scramble for unfilled positions that occur at the conclusion of the Main Residency Match. The purpose of this survey is to learn more about the characteristics of unmatched applicants and the ways in which they seek unfilled positions. Your participation will help the NRMP and AAMC decide how best to modify the rules that govern Match Week and the Scramble.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary. In addition, your individual responses to the questionnaire will remain confidential and will not be shared with any training programs. There are no known risks or direct benefits to you in relation to completing the survey.
The following survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

at one point of time you swear at NRMP/ACGME and all organizations that are conspiring against you! and at other times you guys are considering this regular mail with utter desperation to the extent of going inane - now probably NRMP is fighting for you guys??
Guys stop wasting your valuable time on crap! I think this is the subject matter each year post match for the survey.. those who got it earlier may please verify it!
