if you have completed u r resionly then u can apply for full lic
Limited is for starting residency

well I have found two applications that I saw on my programs website, the pc has not contacted me about anything and i am not sure which application i should fill out?

yes the first site.... educational license.. you have take the fingerprints.. (if u r outside US take it from a local law enforcement agency in ur country on FBI FD 258 fingerprinting card or anyother official fingerprinting card but it should be on a card.. search on google the FBI FD 258 just to see how it looks like.. then u can get in ur country with all ur fingerprints in black ink on card and get it signed) then with a cheque of $62.75 + Livescan fingerprint request form (fill it) send it to the address mentioned in the form ( not sure if u hv to send the copy of ur ecfmg cert with it or not)

send APPLICATION FOR EDUCATIONAL LIMITED AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE LICENSE
and CERTIFICATION OF APPOINTMENT TO A MICHIGAN TRAINING HOSPITAL and A COPY OF UR ECFMG CERTIFICATE to your hospital.

and if u r IMG:
send the CERTIFICATION OF MEDICAL EDUCATION FOR GRADUATES OF FOREIGN MEDICAL SCHOOL GRADUATES + a copy of ur ecfmg certificate to your medical school to get their signatures then it should be sent to the address mentioned in the form from ur med school. u can take the envelope from them and send them via DHL so that it reaches faster.


so thats it!
also verify your ECFMG to the boards of michigan electronicaly using OASIS (it takes 25$)

forgot to mention that when u send APPLICATION FOR EDUCATIONAL LIMITED AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE LICENSE
and CERTIFICATION OF APPOINTMENT TO A MICHIGAN TRAINING HOSPITAL and A COPY OF UR ECFMG CERTIFICATE to your hospital. you also have to send the signed contract with it that your hospital will initaly send to u..an agreement kind of thing..

the thing is i want to do everything, just in case anything happens, so I could have time to fix it but my pc has not even contacted me yet!
