I think the answer is: 2- E.Coli, the non invasive form,

For Salmonella, it is invasive bact. so it leads to the presence of blood in stool,
for shigella it is also invasive,
For Staph Aureus, it is limited diarrhea and recover rapidly,

For Vibrio Cholera it is watery rice diarrhea,
For B.Cereus, it only effect of Toxin, no bacteria, so I think it is limited,
but I am still confused about Vibrio Cholera and B.Cereus,

BUT, I can tell that E.Coli is the cause for the traveler's diarrhea,

Please let us know the answer,

wait here,

It could be B.Cereus, because the guy ate non vegetarian food, and the means he ate meat,
B. Cereus can survive the first cooking,

so it is B. Cereus,
