I think...Farleigh Dickinson, NJ won;t need it! There are so many universities in the US ( And it would almost always gonna be a low tier one) that have NO GRE requirements.
Will let you know if I come across some names.
Good luck

Hi ,

When u do not need visa, why do u want t go for MPH?
I have an MPH degree and feel that it has no addidtional advantage if we do not have scores. My opinion is go a head an try to get very good score in USMLE. MPH adds to u r C.V only if u have good scores. Also try to gain more USCE it is prioritised over MPH. This is just my opinion. MPH also costs u too much if u dont get aid so u should think about it.

Most of the schools require GRE,but a few accept USMLE step1 for MPH like IUPUI,UMDNJ,LLU,

and FIU requires just TOEFL score.
