how to go about titrating the dose of mannitol and NaHCO3 to have urine ph >6.5 in case of ATN due to rhabdomyolysis,pls,help.

Dont think you have to do thAT cause doses are not required for ccs But yes what is important is to MONITOR the urine ph ..........so remember to do this regularly!

you cannot do that. But we can get urin ph every 6 hrs .

and also bmp and cpk level every 6 hrs

the CCS just expects u to give the drug and check ph- it does not expect u to titrate...
