I think we should monitor TSH every 4-6 months

Treat subclinical hypothyroidism if :
1. symptoms of hypothyroidism are present
2. anti tpo antibodies > 1000
3. hyperlipidemia
4. If tsh greater than 10
( i copied this from archer rapid review notes)
any thing else you can think of adding, please add

I can't understand how can be present symptoms of hypothyroidism subclinical hypothyroidism?
