what is the latest time to have step 3 to get Hib
for eg---if they offer prematch in Dec, and u dont have step 3, can u take it later say in jan and still get Hib or wd it be JI
when do the hospitals start processing paperwork for the visas, do they process matched and prematched doctors visas at the same time,
