BUDDY...LOL... this campaign is not only to prevent New Visa seekers....but also to make sure that all the ones which are already issued J-1 from cultural exchange purposes ( remind you only ONLY for cultural exchange purposes NOT for Training/Living in USA.....READ MY LIPS...i wanna make it as clear as i can be.......NOT FOR LIVING IN USA) so yea we need to make sure that those visa seekers do get back to their countries once they r done with training as we dont need them to stay here much longer, their country needs them, their people need em....so dont think this is only for new visa, this will pretty much target all the J-1 visas already issued too....
