40 yr male with cushing syndrome dexamethasone test failsto decrease levels of plasma cortisol and excretion of 17 hydroxy corticosteroid.in this pt which lesion is +ve.
1.adenoma of rt adrenal corex with atrophy of contrallateral adrenal cortex.
2.small cell ca of lung with bilateral enlagement of adrenals.
3.corticotroph adenoma of pituitary with bilateral hyperplasia of adrenals.
4.adenoma of rt adrenal cortex with out atrophy of adrenals
5.adenoma of cortex of adrenals ,medullary ca of thyroid+coticotroph secreting adenoma of pituitary.

yes you got it now think about the same q with the coricotropin levelis 0.8pg/ml.which of above lesion will be there choices are same as in the above qq?
