allopurinol over producer
probenacid under secretor so allupurinol i guess plus lots and lots od iv fluids b/c can cause ARF

hydration and bicarb , allopurinol is for prevention,and oonce it develop its little u can do

tumor lysis is over production
- IV hydration - Allopurinol prevents further uric acid generation, so must be added - Sodium bicarb if urine ph is acidic |
