incres deoxycorticosterone(weak mineralocorticoid)-->incres BP-->reduce Ag11-->reduce Aldosterone

sry ,i dont know abt kaplan ME..
but in goljan &physio--they didnt mentioned.. one more thing s---ADDISONS---->HYPOALDOSTERIONSUM--->Na wasting& impair K/H secretion----->hyperkalemia, metabolic acidosis-- in goljan ,in HYPOALDOSTERONISM--TYPE 4 RTA--->NORMAL ANION GAP METABOLIC ACIDOSIS---> I THING , which s HYPERCHLOREMIC ACIDOSIS.... not hypochloremia.... anybody correct me.if i am wrong thanks |
