Most probable DDX: exclude pregnancy(ruptured ectopic pregnancy, spontaneous abortion, molar pregnancy), dysfuntionnal uterine bleeding,PID, pelvic mass (uterus fibroid, polyps)
endometrial hyperplasia, Hypothy, DM, coagulation disorders

Mrs... there are few reasons that may explain your bleeding problem, it may be because of a rupture ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage if your pregnancy test come positif, or because of an infection in your genital organs, or a pelvic mass.
