Friend, no body knows. I would say the most important is your UW score ( first time) and NBME score. If you UW score over 60. You will have a decent score.

what is your scor? I wold say over 450 is very comfortable.

do they have changed question in 2009 version usmle CD from 2005 version?

Don't bother with these USMLE CD. 2005 there are 144 questions and 2009 versionhas 101 questions. USMLE CD questions are easy. Most people got over 75% of right answer.

i havent done NBME yet. over 450 is to pass the exam for sure or to get a high score?

nobody knows, man. I just say it is comfortable with 450.
I knew one guy with NBME 350 got 96. Another guy with NBME 500 get 80. |
