guys the exact answer is b cuase these group pt never pass stool in frist 48 hr..............but in case of cf nat as early like this ...............in mekels..it is more of lower gi bleeding

answer is a CYSTIC FIBROSIS
AS HIRSCHSPRUNGS DISEASE ALWAYS INVOLVES RECTUM AND IN THE QUESTION THEIR IS NO CONSTRICTION INVOLVED (big clue)
WE SEE THAT CYSTIC FIBROSIS LEADS TO MECONIUM ILEUS(as given here patient does not pass stool) ???tip off for meconium ileus , WHICH MAY LEAD TO PERITONITIS AND calcification (BUBBLY MECONIUM SEEN AS on x ray )
