We want to complaint of a nasty program medical director (kaplan) who abuses his authority to disturb & making trouble to the kaplan students since 2008 .
He has been annoying us for more than 1 yr.
He takes Kaplan's money & make many kaplan students upset.
We would like to know to whom i can complaint of him,
We can't withstand any more
please suggest us how to proceed to compliant of him.
