Correct answer is Pegvisomont : GH receptor antagonist used when surgery is ineffective. (I am 100% sure on this)

I am not sure abt ur question but I thnk this can be bcz of Staph. aureus(correct me if I am wrong, IV drug abuser, infective endocarditis, septic emboli to lung) - Next Question : post MI 5 days, hypotension , tachycardia, pan systolic murmum at Left sternal border, Dx?
