Correct answer is Pegvisomont : GH receptor antagonist used when surgery is ineffective. (I am 100% sure on this)

I am not sure abt ur question but I thnk this can be bcz of Staph. aureus(correct me if I am wrong, IV drug abuser, infective endocarditis, septic emboli to lung)
