lamivudine=liver damage/lactic acidosis/neuropathy

HbsAg+, HbeAg-ve,IgG HbC +

chronicity depend on presence of surfece antigen more than 6 months and for activity u have to do biopsy
there is no test for activity
if hbeag load is high means infectivity is high
liver enzymes like ast and alt are elevated in active dis but if it is normal it not means it is not active so do biopsy before treatment
if liver is fibrosed in chronic dis , no meaning to treat

i told u do liver biopsy and if dis is active treat, dont look at serology

because you will not treat patient with HBeAg -ve

So once again there are only 2 indiaction for HBV..try again

i know u want to peak 1 from begining but i will di biopsy first and than treat it
this drugs have too much side effect dont want to put pt untill dignosis is confirmed by biopsy
