california letter - hello

hi..plz help me ..i am veri interested in applying for reidency in CA in 2006. i know u need a california letter for it. how shud i go about it. plz help

search on google site for medical board for california, u go to that site, u send ur doc there and they charge u a heavy fee............around 500$ adn maybe there is a way to get it reduced..........someone was telling me but i dont know. it takes some time like few months, so get started if u want to go for 2006. if u get any info of having this fee reduced, kindly let me know too on reentry20
