Hi friends, I get the above message on the OASIS SITE for J1 visa processing. What does it mean? It also says for DS-2019-- no documents on file.Do I need to contact ECFMG? pLEASE advice.

It means that your application is under process. Its a good news. Soon it will be sent to SEVIS .May be in 2 to 3 days. Then it comes as status complete .
