1. Cryotherapy ... HPV?? or is it condyloma lata of secondary syphilis ... then penicillin.

1. usually resolve during the course of pregnancy...if very big later on and might obstruct delivery then go for cryo and laser
2. infectious mononucleosis, lupus, antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, hepatitis A, leprosy, malaria and, occasionally, pregnancy.

1.Condyloma Acuminata (anogenital wart) [because of typical appearance] ----> in pregnacy first line of Tt: Trichloroacetic acid (as podophylin is C/I)

[Condyloma lata: Flat, velvety, grayish to white lesion]
