I was allowed to sit for step 2 CS. But I could not find the CS testing addresses. Can someone please tell me how I can find them? Thanks in advance!

yes, I have it. But there is no testing center addresses included. I can go ahead to schedule a date. But I need the exact addresses to calculate the distances so that I can make a shorter trip. I checked 2005 info booklet. I still could not find the adresses. It is very strange, isnt it?
