besides...if it were c, we would get renal tubular casts not erythrocyte casts.....what's the answer to this one mumbai?

hi,
me thinks A is the answer..since that could explain proteinuria..
papillary necrosis ---causes casts and raised Creat
glomerular disease---causes proteinuria
so on a setting of reduced renal fuction u get acute insult .
Amyloidosis seems to fit the bill.
