action of exogenous thyroid hormone - mma2005

previously I know that T4 is important for negative feedback and it is converted to T3 within Thyrotrophs before it act to reduce sensitivity of the thyrotroph to TRH. But I don't know whether .
exogenous thyroid hormone replacement can reduce TSH. If anyone knows,plz answer me.
