warfarin metabolised by cyp450,so drug which compete for metabolism increse dose,drug which inhibit metabolism increse dose
drug which induce cyp450 decrese dose

ok tks,
what are some other example of dependants one? I dont mean inducers and inhibitors I do remember those. I mean like warfarin , OCP, what else?

its very hard as all drugs are affected by it
but important are ocps/warfarin/antiepileptics/ssri/antiaarrythmatics/antihiv to watch for

important drug interaction with Warfarin is

Cimitidine, Amiodarone--increase warfarin level.

Rifampin, St John's wort--decrease warfarin level.
