warfarin metabolised by cyp450,so drug which compete for metabolism increse dose,drug which inhibit metabolism increse dose

what are some other example of dependants one? I dont mean inducers and inhibitors I do remember those. I mean like warfarin , OCP, what else?

its very hard as all drugs are affected by it
but important are ocps/warfarin/antiepileptics/ssri/antiaarrythmatics/antihiv to watch for

important drug interaction with Warfarin is
Cimitidine, Amiodarone--increase warfarin level. Rifampin, St John's wort--decrease warfarin level. |
