chf - bnp - destiny5

BNP level is not specific for CHF
but at the same time ........if BNP is normal you exclude CHF

anyone can explain ?

BNP IS NOT SPECIFIC but it is 97 percent sensitive
so if u have chf=yr bnp elevated
if bnp is normal=almost exclude chf
but if bnp is elevated that not means u have chf
