OK I figure its a much-used revision source, but can someone please tell me what the CMDT is and how useful is it when you have all the "usual suspects" for Step 2

My opinion is that is too comprehensive for the boards. it's got about 1800 pages. you can use it as a reference but not as a main source of study. use blueprints or kaplan notes instead. good luck
