Is it ok if i do both the anterior heart, abdomen and lung exam simultaneously while the patient is lying down and then ask the patient to sit up and do bothe the exams from the posterior?? or do i have to proceed systematically?? I feel that it saves a lot of time plus u dont have to ask the patient to sit up and lie down twice

and do we have to check visual acity using the snellens chart ??
