LOR MSPE,

covering letter thanks for posting the link. If i am collecting the letter and posting do I still need to give them dsf and covering letter.
DSF is it the same or different. I am unable to find one. how, where to look for?

if you are sending yourself then no need for coverletter.
you need one dsf form where you can enter all the documents you are sending as one packet, go to oasis--------eras services-----------document submission form, fill it and print it out and send it with mspe, school transcript and lors

DSF is only for LOR? or there are also DSF for Medical school transcript and MSPE?

u dont have to download, in the buttom of the page there is continue button (but you should have an aamc id (after eras token procssing at myeras), press continue you wil go to the dsf , fill it and print.

1 dsf for all the documents you can mention inside it

i did follow that, it takes me to application form as such not dsf
