Sept 1st apply to program, so save your CAF, PS, picture at least a day before just to be safe.

i have one more question to you guys.i am planning to leave u.s. and to go my home country on 18 dec. and to come back on 30 jan. so can u plz tell me the time period in which most of the interviews falls.is there any programs who conduct interviews in jan. or not.shuld i fly away that time or not

yes, better not if possible, just in case some programs call you and want you to come immediately.

or offering you prematch which means you need to sign the contract asap. Foreign address can be difficult sometimes.

thank u applicantguide and sona81,your in put helps a lot.I have 1 q? A Friend of mine told me that if we(IMGs) are not ECFMG certified at the time of application we do not get IVs.
Is that true?

not necessarily but maybe either late invitation or less number of IV but in some cases are true if you are certified past nov.
