37 year old female presented complaining of fever and arthralgia for the last 2 weeks, on examination there was alopecia, cervical lymphadenopathy, anemia and mild lower limb edema. The following is true except€::
a. Antinuclear antibody and dsDNA antibodies are of diagnostic value.
b .Absence of loin pain, normal urea and creatnine rule out renal involvment.
c. CBC will show leucopenia WBC at the lower normal range.
d. Avoidane to exposure to sunlight is advisable.
e. Corticosteroids are effective drugs

coz renal manifectations in sle has 6 grades...with mild dz to diffuse gn to sclerosis...so mild dz wud be aymptomatic..n as it porgress levels of anti ds dna goes up n complement c3 decreases...and then comes renal manifestations like hypertension preteinuria hematuria...

harsh : I don't mean to be harsh (wink) but your explanation is not as clear as it could be.
