Change in CK exam pattern imminent!!?? - luago

Which change you guys are talking about? On the official website they have only mentioned about Change in Number of Items/Delay in Score Reporting, but nothing about testing basic scinces etc. Where did you guys get it from?? This is the link I found:

Because of these changes in timing, as well as modifications to the test item pool, there will be a delay in score reporting for most Step 2 CK examinations administered in the second half of August and September.

does this change takes place at the same time everywhere........or 1st in US
and then in other countries(as i m an img fm india).............if i take exam on aug 10th will i have old pattern or new pattern with 44 Q..............&what abt the results??????????

common sense dictates it would start from usa and then old pattern will be gradually phased out worldwide. but i've no proof. do you know anthing about incorporation of basic sciences in CK at all? or is it purely a rumour? heard a few guys talking about it.
