I have an attempt in anatomy when i was in medical school......
Should i mention this in the block that mentioned about gaps in medical education?If yes what is the best way to cover it up?Anybody help me plz....

You will have to mention it in the CAF. Just try to make it sound positive by saying you learned from your failures, made you a stronger person, cite some personal/ family reasons or sickness for failure. Dont lie by not mentioning the attempt in anatomy.

attempt in a subject is not a gap.
A gap is a period you are away from medical school or practice.
With full respect to crazycool6, i dont advice you to mention any negative points in your CAF if they were not critical. If the PD want to know your scores he will simply look at your transcript. I dont also think there is a place specified in the CAF for attempts in med school subjects.
