I will be getting my USCE (externship ) LORs by the end of august.
Till then i have only Indian LORs which are already update in my profile.
i have 95-step 1, 93-ck, cs passed all in 1st attempt. Now prep for step 3. Iam on F1 visa doing Masters in Health Administration for last one and half yr.
So should i apply by September 1st to programs.?
If i send my LORs by aug end when they will be updated?
What are my chances of getting residency in IM?
Please advise me.....

Your credentials are very good. Make sure you report your experience well on your CV and you write a great PS.
With 3 LORs 1 from India, 2 from the US you should be fine.

Your chances are very good with good scores. Get all you LORs now and when you get the one's from the US send them, it may take couple of weeks or more depending on load to be uploaded and once they are uploaded assign them to those programs which you plan to apply later.However apply on sept 1st and do not delay. See if you get your LOR's quicker.

Iam doing my externship at a group practice hospital which has all specialties.But its doesnt have inpatient care. I do take history, examine the pts and even suggest investigations to my doc. And they are giving the Lor as externship. So can i consider it as USCE???
