I think e because it prevents MT formation and MTs are required for lysosomal transport.

e and d both act on microtubules

Yeah OK but one of them prevents them from forming and one of them hyperstabilizes them. Thus, one of them is gonna make them disappear and one of them they will still be present for lysosomal transport.
