hey...
My UW scores arent accurate as i did blocks with previously used questions but i scored approx 70% on the official CD, 60-70% on the Q book. Did alot of practise on CCS and revised step 2 medicine well. I didnt find the step 3 kaplan material to be of much use. Swanson is something which i missed out on but 'MEdicine Recall' is a great book i used besides the usual few books everybody uses. All the best!

Sorry buddy... i didnt use any of the books you mentioned nor the Kaplan dvds. By nbme cd, im guessing you mean the cd they sent us when we applied for the exam? That cd has excellent material on it and u MUST practice the CCS cases from UW on the software...in my opinion it should give you an advantage in this exam. As for the MCQs my main source of studying was the step 2 medicine book. I did a little bit of 'medicine recall' to get a different perspective on medicine because i dont think rerevising the same thing helps too much after a stage.

yea...i gave it on 4th and 5th of april too.... got the score from my program. Havent recieved the paper copy yet.

Hi guys. Congrats to all. I wanted to know if anyone can tell me if ERAS will still release my results to my program if i take step 3 this week. How can I do this so that they do get the results? Then I can call them for it. Is part of the application online? Thanks. GL

from my understanding - eras releases scores to the program once fsmb releases the result which you will be able to monitor on their website at www.fsmb.org. This takes approx 4 weeks from the date you take the exam.
